Completed in 2022, Park Lofts is a six-unit residential conversion on Prince Albert Road, right across from Sullivan’s Pond Park. Once a commercial daycare, it was completely reimagined—stripped to the studs and transformed into modern loft-style units.

Named for its prime location, Park Lofts offers elevated living in the heart of Downtown Dartmouth.

From there, we expanded our portfolio with Park Lofts—home to our two short-term rentals, Park Lofts 1.0 and Park Lofts 2.0—continuing our commitment to creating unique, high-quality living spaces.
