In December 2024, we broke ground on our newest development: Sawmill Suites. Situated right beside Park Lofts and just steps from Dartmouth’s Sawmill River, this six-unit building blends modern living with thoughtful homage to local heritage.

Its name honours an iconic Dartmouth waterway that once flowed openly between Sullivan’s Pond and Halifax Harbour—serving as a Mi’kmaq canoe route, power source for early mills, and a part of the Shubenacadie Canal.

Sawmill Suites reflects our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful spaces—rooted in the spirit and history of the land.
