Back in 2018, we purchased a tired old duplex on Prince Albert Road, right by Dartmouth’s historic Lake Banook, and transformed it into our very first project: Regatta House.

Named after the lake’s famous canoe and kayak regattas, this 12-month adventure saw us strip the interior down to the studs, revise layouts, reface the exterior, and even raise the structure to pour a brand-new concrete foundation—making room for an additional basement unit.

The result? A stylish legal triplex with three thoughtfully designed rental units full of character and charm, marking the beginning of the Regatta journey.
